Mission and Goals

Promote the safety auditing profession across Canada.

Provide services to members so as to ensure on-going professional development.

Ensure that persons who meet the membership requirements pledge under oath their integrity to uphold the highest
standard of ethics pertaining to the safety auditing profession.

Provide input to a national registration process whereby a person may be registered as a
professional safety auditor in Canada.

Protect and promote occupational health and safety, environmental safety and public safety through the registration
of qualified professional safety auditors committed to a Code of Ethics.

Provide a meeting place for health, safety and environmental professionals that
solely focuses on the auditing discipline.
