Join AOSAA or Renew your Membership

AOSAA has two different types of membership.

	Associate Member This membership is offered to health and safety personnel who have an interest in and are involved in occupational safety auditing principles and practices.
	Member This membership is provided to health and safety personnel who:

I: Have a minimum of three (3) years of direct work experience as health and safety practitioners involved in occupational safety auditing, and or

II: Are currently registered as Certified Health and Safety Auditors with a third party accreditation body (e.g. Partnerships CP, AAC, CEA, RAB, etc.)

Every member must meet and promote the standards of the AOSAA as set forth in the Code of Ethics.

Membership Fees

A yearly membership with the Alberta Occupational Safety Auditors Association is $100.00. This gives you our newsletter, two workshops each year,

and member-only pricing if we sponsor an course or event.

Payment is also accepted by cheque. Please make cheques payable to the Alberta Occupational Safety Auditors Association and mail to the address indicated below.

To send us your application, you can either:

Fill out the pdf form by typing into the text fields. When finished, save the document to your computer and attach it to an email and send it to membership@aosaa.ca. Page 2, the Code of Ethics, must be printed and signed, then either scanned and emailed or faxed to 780-468-5454 or mailed to the address indicated below. Be sure to submit your resume too!

Code of Ethics

All applications for membership must also include a signed copy of the Code of Ethics. These can be found on page 2 of the application form.
